To find the perfect fit, measure your pet’s neck and chest using a soft tape measure. Refer to our size chart on each product page to match the measurements. If you opt for a made-to-order item, rest assured that it will be carefully crafted and sent to you within 7 business days (excluding holidays).

We ship locally via Shopee EX, Flash, and trusted courier partners. For Singapore and Hong Kong, we use Teleport (delivery in 3 days). FedEx and DHL are available for other countries. Check your cart’s shipping estimator for exact rates.
