For cats under 5 kg, we recommend selecting size XS. The size chart is precise, and the necklace is adjustable for a perfect fit. To ensure your pet’s safety and prevent biting the charm or necklace, avoid choosing a size that’s too loose.

To find the perfect fit, measure your pet’s neck and chest using a soft tape measure. Refer to our size chart on each product page to match the measurements. If you opt for a made-to-order item, rest assured that it will be carefully crafted and sent to you within 7 business days (excluding holidays).

The warranty covers faults in design, materials, or manufacturing—excluding pet damage, biting, misuse, or normal wear. Customized items are only refundable if defective. Not satisfied? Return items in resellable condition (unused, with tags and original packaging) within 14 days.
