The materials are human-grade, but please note that our charms are not suitable for pets that tend to chew. To ensure their safety, please prevent your pet from chewing on the charms.

If you opt for a made-to-order item, rest assured that it will be carefully crafted and sent to you within 7 business days (excluding holidays).

For other products, we'll have them prepared and shipped to you in approximately within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays)

All our products pass quality checks and include a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Report any issues within 30 days. The warranty covers faults in design, materials, or manufacturing—excluding pet damage, biting, misuse, or normal wear. Customized items are only refundable if defective. Not satisfied? Return items in resellable condition (unused, with tags and original packaging) within 14 days.
